PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module which is constituted in such a manner that influence of noise is excluded by reducing exposed parts such as a harness, a solder part and a component lead to a minimum, influence due to corrosion, dust and invasion of small animals is excluded, and exclusive design such as arrangement design and thermal design is eliminated. SOLUTION: The power module is constituted which is provided with bare chip components 311, 312 which constitute a power source circuit for controlling a power source, an aluminum substrate 301 for mounting the bare chip components 311, 312, and a molding member 341 composed of insulating resin for molding a surface of the aluminum substrate 301 on which surface the bare chip components 311, 312 are mounted. |
