PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform bi-directional communication between arbitrary units in a system connected with the units in multistage. SOLUTION: When a tabulation center 10 transmits a signal to a line switch 2, the line switch 2 begins to receive a DTMF signal and stores it as voice data in a memory. When the control circuit of the line switch 2 is ready to operate, the voice data stored in the memory is converted into an analog switching signal and delivered to the control circuit. The control circuit establishes the line between the tabulation center 10 and a target terminal according to the switching signal.
