PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talking system enabling the talking easily and exactly with a desired party, using the call back from a portable telephone. SOLUTION: The system comprises a server (1) connected to an internet (21), and a receiving relay (10) connected to the internet (21) and a telephone exchange (11). The server (1) records exclusive web pages for members as an internet server and telephone numbers of the members together with corresponding URLs of the exclusive web pages thereto. The exclusive web page is such that at least a previously registered talking party is selectable. The server (1) transmits information about telephone numbers of the member and the selected talking party to the relay (10) which then calls back the member and the talking party to make both ready for talking, using the exchange (11).
