PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in conventional customer services, a user gets troublesome in the case of using a mail and high costs are incurred on a service side in the case of using a telephone, and an interaction including sufficient contents were difficult. SOLUTION: An Internet call system comprises: a user access control server 110 which has a control means 111 for controlling a call state of Internet call terminals 120a to 120e, a call setting means 113 for setting a call of at least an Internet call terminal, and an accepting means for accepting an access input for an Internet telephone to an installer of the Internet call terminal; and a PC 130 which has a calling means for calling by the Internet telephone, and a display means for displaying at least a predetermined display screen containing an icon for accepting a call request.
