PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter controlled engine generator which can effectively prevent the engine from stalling when using a load which turns to an overload instantaneously in the start, and improve of the load for starting. SOLUTION: An inverter control means 10 performs constant voltage and constant frequency control in such a manner that the output voltage and output frequency become constant, when a detected current value is at most a first previously determined reference value, and controls the output current in such a manner that output power of the inverter becomes constant, when the detected current value exceeds the first reference value. Hence constant voltage control is performed, and output frequency drooping control which droops the output frequency is performed. |
