PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the telephone number of a customer may be changed for measures to deal with e.g. annoying telephone calls, etc., in transmitting/receiving data via a communication line, but, if so, an information processing server apparatus can no more call his/her information terminal, thus disabling the transmission/reception of data. SOLUTION: An information processing server apparatus 3 and information terminals 2 previously store respectively corresponding customer information D7. When the information terminal 2 transmits customer information D7a including telephone information TN to be changed, the server apparatus 3 compares the information D7a with the information stored therein and changes the telephone information TN on condition that those information not settable/ changeable by the customer are equal.
