PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use a video work associated with karaoke music on a karaoke playing terminal. SOLUTION: A video server communicates with many karaoke playing terminals and contributor's computers to receive information specifying karaoke music and a karaoke video work from a contributor's computer and register them in a video database together by using a music identifier as a key, and also distributes index information of the video database to the karaoke playing terminals. A karaoke playing terminal outputs the index information at proper time, specifies karaoke music and receives the corresponding karaoke video work from the video server, and reproduces and displays the karaoke video work for the karaoke music received from the video server when the karaoke music is played. Thus, a contribution of a karaoke video work is received and used on a karaoke video terminal. |
