PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security of a system using a non-contact data transmitting/receiving body by changing previously set capacitance when the non-contact data transmitting/receiving body stuck to an article and the like is peeled off. SOLUTION: A capacitance changing means 10 connected to an antenna 4 is arranged below a sticking layer 3, and a non-adhesion part 11 is formed in the lower part in at least a part of the capacitance changing means 10. In peeling off from an adherend body after adhesion via the sticking layer, a part matching with the non-adhesion part 11 in a capacitance regulating means 10 is left on the adherend body side and separated from an antenna unit 6.
