PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing server for providing information corresponding to the access frequency of a user in simple constitution not requiring a region for inputting personal information and storing the personal information by the user, an information providing method and its program. SOLUTION: On receiving Cookie from a user terminal 10, a retail store terminal 20 requests a retail store customer information terminal 30 to analyze the Cookie. The retail store customer information terminal 30 detects the access count (the frequency of access to the retail store terminal 20 of the user terminal 10) contained in the Cookie. The retail store terminal 20 provides information corresponding to the detected access count to the user terminal 10. |
