PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution method that can collect information with a small file capacity and easily manage the information. SOLUTION: A database server 15 in interlocking with an information distribution server 11 and a terminal of a user 12 are connected via a communication network and the information distribution server 11 distributes via the communication network particular information to the user by utilizing a contents tag file T for information distribution to access particular audio/video contents C managed by an information distribution management apparatus and able to be transferred to other web site 13 or other terminal via the communication network.
