摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high polymer solid electrolytic capacitor which undergoes less deformation to improve yields since stress applied to an element thereof is reduced in a thermal cycle, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The high polymer solid electrolytic capacitor comprises at least one high polymer solid electrolytic capacitor element of a solid high polymer electrolytic layer and a conductive layer, which are sequentially formed on both sides of an insulative oxide film of a foil-shaped valve metal substrate having a roughened surface on which an insulative oxide film is formed. The high polymer solid electrolytic capacitor element is stored in a closed space formed by insulative resins and fixed to a contact face of the insulative resin in the closed space by an adhesive. The adhesive is applied in spots to the contact face between the high polymer solid electrolytic capacitor element and insulative resin.
