SOLUTION: The image processing device, if form registration is designated in a job inputted from a client terminal, checks whether or not a form number is designated and overwriting is designated, and registers (step 100 to 112) a merge form with the designated form number or a form number not registered yet. At that time, the image processing device registers the merge form using the form name and generates raster data from form data to register (step 114) the raster data with a database. Besides, the image processing device outputs the registered form name, together with the form number, to the client terminal, so that merge form can be selected from the form name at the client terminal. |
