PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a customer in a system constituted to select the specifications of commodity on line, thereby supporting customer's commodity purchasing. SOLUTION: This information processing method includes a specifications select step of selecting the specifications of commodity according to the operation of a user terminal 5, a storage step of storing the information of the commodity whose specifications is selected in a server 1, and an information providing step of providing the stored information to the user terminal 5. The storage step is provided with a first storage mode of storing the information and estimated price of the commodity on the condition of transmitting the customer's identity information and a second storage mode of storing the information of the commodity without the above condition. |
