PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle periphery imaging apparatus that can prevent backlash of a prism within a case. SOLUTION: An elastic member 40 is interposed between a prism 10 housed within a case and an imaging device 20 fixed to the rear part of the case 30. The imaging device 20 is fixed at a specified position in the case 30 by pushing the prism 10 from its back with the elastic member 40 in-between.
