PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading device in which the operating state of a tray and a play-back mechanism unit can be checked from the outside of the casing of a product incorporating the device. SOLUTION: The disk loading device has a first tray movable among a first attachment and detachment position, a first storing position and a first play-back position, and a second tray movable between a second attachment and detachment position, a second storing position and a second play-back position. The disk loading device is further provided with a first housing member to house the first tray at the first storing position, and a second housing member which is located at the lower part of the first housing member and houses the second tray at the second storing position. A cam gear to drive the first tray and the second tray is provided at the lower part of the second housing member, and a notched part is provided at the front part of the second housing member. A mark is provided at the position corresponding to the notched part of the cam gear in the state where the first tray is at the first storing position and the second tray is at the second play-back position.
