PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce an amount fetched for a CROM and the number of pages of an instruction manual. SOLUTION: A communication device having a browser preinstalled connected to the Internet 13 is provided with: a URL holding part 22A that holds a URL of a Web page which is provided in a service center 14 connected to the Internet and in which the usage and the countermeasures for troubles of apparatus 28 included in the communication device having a browser preinstalled are composed as a HTML file ; and a cause-of-connection determining part 21A that sets the URL of the URL holding part in a browser part 27 in response to a connection request, makes the HTML file to be disclosed, makes decisions for selecting either of the usage or the countermeasure for the trouble of the apparatus, retrieves a link connection destination based on a trouble message on the apparatus in a displayed HTML file on the occasion of connection request regarding the countermeasure for the trouble, makes a HTML file of the Web page of the retrieved link connection destination to be displayed, and makes a HTML file of the Web page for which the link connection destination is designated in the displayed HTML file to be displayed on the occasion of connection request regarding the usage. |
