PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print profile providing device which can select a print profile corresponding to a desired print condition even if many print profiles are aggregated. SOLUTION: In the print profile providing device 31, a print profile and print condition data representing a print condition in a given form of presentation are registered by means of profile registration software 28 common in a print profile providing system 1. If a retrieval condition according to the form of presentation is designated by proof software 13, print condition data meeting the retrieval condition are retrieved, and a print profile corresponding to the retrieved print condition data is presented on a personal computer 11 of a design/production company 10. If a desired print profile is selected from the presented print profiles, the print profile is downloaded. |
