PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface mounted electric parts and taping electric parts capable of alternately arranging opposite electric parts by meandering without tangling and deforming an earth terminal. SOLUTION: A pair of chucking protrusion parts 9b and 9c orthogonalized with a direction where a tape member extends on a case body 9 and extending in opposite directions and positioned at both the ends of a metal plate are provided. A through hole 9d in which the earth terminal 29 passes is formed on one of the pair of the protrusion parts 9b and 9c.
