PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents generating device for mail order, capable of simply constructing a contents data base in a short time. SOLUTION: This contents generating device for main order reads out commodity data from a commodity data base storing the commodity data on sales object, and generates the contents for mail order. The device has an item setting means for setting the items of commodity used for the contents for mail order, a read-out means for reading out the commodity data from the commodity data base, and an output means for outputting the commodity data read-out by the read-out means corresponding to the items set by the item setting means.
