PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction information registration terminal equipment for registering transaction information on a transacted commodity and service in a managing device, managing the commodity and easily changing transaction, and to provide a transaction information managing system, a transaction information managing method and a program. SOLUTION: Designated transaction information among past transaction information registered in the managing device is obtained. Transaction information is newly generated based on obtained transaction information. Transaction information which is newly generated is newly registered. Obtained transaction information is deleted from past transaction information registered in the managing device.
