PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the load fluctuation of an image storage server by enabling access from the image storage server to a camera apparatus even when frequently changing the IP address of the camera apparatus. SOLUTION: A camera apparatus 4b to change the IP address when being connected to the Internet acquires the IP address from an ISP 8a for each connection to the Internet 3 and reports the acquired IP address to an image storage server 1a. The image storage server 1a stores the IP address reported from a camera apparatus 1b on a user data table 102 and outputs an image transfer request to the camera apparatus 1b on the basis of the relevant IP address. When the image transfer request is received from the image storage server 1a, the camera apparatus 1b returns image data and the image storage server 1a stores the returned image data on an image memory 101.
