The anchoring system for the buoy (9) is composed of a threaded rod (8) on which a washer (7) is welded. A swivel (4,5) rotates freely on a nylon ring (6) and is held by a nut (1) clamped on the rod. The rod allows the passage of a rope (10). Rings (6) and nylon washers (3) allow rotation of the swivels.
