PURPOSE: A device for interfacing multi-host is provided to obtain the maximum effect with the minimum resource, to facilitate system management and to simplify a system by supporting the multi-host through one processor. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor(42) supports transmission/reception between a processor(43) and the hosts(41a-41b) by integrally receiving data and signal of the hosts(41a-41b) and branching the data and the signal. The adaptor(42) comprises a signal branching part(42a) branching and processing the data and the signal, a control part(42c) modifying the information of a table according to a control signal of the hosts(41a-41b), a lower information processing part(42d) outputting the data to a lower processor(43) by receiving the signal from the signal branching part(42a) exchanging the data with the lower processor(43) according to the table information, and an upper information processing part(42b) modifying the table information of the corresponding host(41a) according to the signal inputted from the signal branching part(42a) and transmitting the data of the lower processor(43) to the host(41a).
