A diaper storage format in which disposed in a package (1A) consisting of a hexahedron with adjacent faces crossing each other substantially at right angles are a plurality of disposable diapers (13) each consisting of a main body (25) having an absorbent disposed therein and a girth end (19) having n o absorbent disposed therein, the diapers being stored in superposed relation between opposite surfaces, wherein stored in the package (1A) are first diapers (13a) with their girth ends (19) directed upward and second diapers (13b) with their girth ends (19) directed downward, and in a group (G) consisting of the diapers (13) superposed between opposed surfaces, the numb er of first diapers (13a) is approximately equal to the number of second diaper s (13b).
