<p>Wire used for a wired sheet glass having industrially manufacturable stainless steel wire materials inserted therein in the form of crossing each other, wherein the diameter of the wire material is 0.30 to 0.45 mm and the crossed parts of the wire materials are welded to each other, the thickness of the crossed parts should desirably be 82 to 97% of the added value of the diameters of two wire materials crossing each other at the crossed parts, an average linear expansion coefficient of the wire material at the temperature of 20 to 700 °C should desirably be 14 x 10-6/°C or less, and the tensile strength thereof at the temperature of 700°C should desirably be 200 N/mm2 or less.</p> |
