<p>It is intended to provide a method of amplifying DNA chip signals whereby the signal amplification of a target gene captured on a DNA chip is efficiently established by using the PALSAR method and easily detected by adequately designing a pair of HCPs to be used in the PALSAR method. Namely, the sensitivity of detecting a target gene in a DNA chip is improved with the use of a self-aggregation reaction of forming a self-aggregate which is a regular higher-order structure of the double strands of an oligonucleotide.</p> |
