PURPOSE: An orthopaedic splint is provided to ease the operation and comfort the patients owing that a orthopaedic support is cured uniformly and have an antibacterial effect. CONSTITUTION: The orthopaedic splint consisting of a support(2), a skin contacting layer(1) and a surface layer(3) is characterized in that as the skin contacting layer, used is a hydrophobic polypropylene non-woven fabric or polyester non-woven fabric having a weight of 150-350 g/cm¬2, and as the surface layer, used is one to have heated one selected from the group consisting of a hydrophilic polypropylene non-woven fabric, polyester non-woven fabric and cotton fabrics having a weight of 30-200 g/cm¬2 at the temperature of 80-180 deg.C.
