PURPOSE: A wireless ear receiver having a microphone and an amplifier and a speaker is provided which enables to hear a low sound loudly and is worn easily. CONSTITUTION: The ear receiver is used by inserting a micro speaker(12) used in a hearing aid instead of a conventional compact speaker. And the ear receiver is used by inserting a microphone(3) used in a hearing aid, and also is used by inserting a compact D level amplifier having a power amplification gain above 60 dB used in a hearing aid. An ear receiver speaker outer projection part(13) is inserted into an ear hole in order to prevent sound from the speaker from being heard outside, and an ear receiver lever is hooked on an ear wheel in order for the ear receiver to be attached to the ear strongly.
