An elastic wheel, comprising a disk (1) fixed to an axle hub and a rim (2) pivotally supporting a tire, wherein a pair of guides (5a, 5b) are fixedly installed annularly on the inner peripheral surface of the rim (2) and a projected part (4) annularly projected in the outer radial direction of a wheel is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the disk (1), a rubber elastic body (3) is annularly fixed to the projected part (4) while extending to at least both sides of the wheel in the axial direction and providing a clearance between the rubber elastic body and the inner peripheral surface of the rim (2), both end parts of the rubber elastic body (3) extending to the both sides in the axial direction are fixed to both side faces of the pair of guides (5a, 5b) opposed to each other in the axial direction of the wheel, and a coated material layer (6) is annularly installed on the inward surface of the rubber elastic body (3) in the radius direction of the wheel, whereby a riding comfortableness performance, a vibration isolation performance, and a sound isolation performance can be increased by increasing the weather resistance, injury resistance, and chemical resistance of a rubber used as a vibration isolation body without impairing durability and safety under loads ranging from a small input load to a large input load.
