PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a production process, to reduce a manufacturing cost, and to enhance durability, by eliminating stranded code. SOLUTION: A portion ranging over from a tread part 1 to a bead part 3 in a tire skeleton structure 4 astride a portion between a pair of left and right bead parts 3, 3 is constituted of a polymer material without using the stranded code, and a tread layer 6 is layered on an outer circumference of the tire skeleton member 4.
