PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a ferrule wherein neither fracture nor cracking occurs in the operation of grinding, polishing or the like thereof. SOLUTION: Mold equipment 100 is composed of a fixed mold 110 and a movable mold 120 which have a plurality of sets of fixed-side insert dies 7 supplying a molding material and movable-side insert dies 10 supplied with the material. The ferrule is molded by injecting the molding material into a cavity 30 which is formed in the movable-side insert die 10 and has the outer peripheral shape of the ferrule. As to an ejector pin 15 constituting a surface forming the fore end part of the ferrule, by closing one end of the cavity 30, the surface forming the fore end part is constituted by joining the joints of faces having different angles by a curved surface, when it is constituted by joining these faces.
