PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly heat-resistant decorative sheet which uses a material other than a polyvinyl chloride resin and is appropriately pliable, wear- resistant, mar-resistant and chemical-resistant and has after-processability and the sufficient laminating strength at normal temperatures and even at high temperatures such as 90 deg.C or higher. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is structured of an adhesive resin layer 4 composed of a random polypropylene resin modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride and a polypropylene resin layer 5, formed on a base-material sheet 1 made of a non-polyvinyl chloride material. The Izod impact strength of the adhesive resin is 40 to 1,000 J/m. In addition, an anchor coat layer 3 formed of an isocyanate curable urethane resin containing 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate, is formed between the base sheet 1 and the adhesive resin layer 4.
