PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently install an assist grip in a state of no pillar. SOLUTION: This assist grip 10 is arranged to a slide door opening 1. A main assist grip 11 arranged along an upper edge part of the door opening 1, and a movable assist grip 12 rotatably supported to an appropriate part of the main assist grip 11 are provided. The movable assist grip 12 is attached to a predetermined position of the door opening 1, and is stored to the upper edge part of the door opening 1. The main assist grip 11 includes an inner pipe fixedly arranged along the upper edge part of the door opening 1, and the movable assist grip 12 is pivotally supported by an outer pipe 13 rotatably coupled to the inner pipe. Lock means 16 and 17 for holding the movable assist grip 12 to a predetermined attitude position are provided.
