PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an aerodynamic parameter of a rotor blade of a rotary wing plane by a signal processing device equipped with at least one control part and avoid the rotor blade from colliding with a blade slip stream vortex. SOLUTION: The signal processing device 1 controls a driving control mechanism 6 provided on the rotor blade, and the signal processing device 1 includes at least one of the control part 4 of a closed loop.
