PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded-in-concrete type column base structure of a square steel tube column, which enables the separation of concrete work and work for erection of a steel frame, and allows commonality of components for parts for being embedded in concrete, even if cross sections of a column part, protruded above the concrete, are made different in size. SOLUTION: Four angles 2, etc., are arranged at four corners of a peripheral wall part of a lower end of a columnar square steel tube 1 at mutual intervals in such a manner as to be directed inward along the peripheral wall part from the outer-surface side and/or inner-surface side of the peripheral wall part, and joined to the peripheral wall part by a bolt. Additionally, the angles 2, etc., are extended below the steel tube 1, and extended parts are embedded in the concrete 3.
