发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLUORINE CONCENTRATION IN SLAG IN METAL SMELTING FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling fluorine concentration in slag which can further reduce the fluorine amount coming into the slag from a raw material less than the conventional method, in the case of treating the fluorine-containing raw material by using a high temperature furnace. SOLUTION: In the case of operating a metal smelting furnace for treating the fluorine-containing raw material at high temperature, pressure in the furnace is set so as to correspond to a targeted fluorine concentration in the obtained slag. As the metal smelting furnace, it is desirable to be a vertical type furnace having a plurality of tuyeres arranged at the upper and the lower parts for blowing high temperature air into a packing layer of a carbon-base solid reducing agent.
