PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design components of a liquid-filled vibration isolating device having different required performance in common. SOLUTION: A small hole 6 formed on a core metal part 1 is blocked by a thin film 7 made of a rubbery elastic body. When a partitioning body 18 is set in a liquid chamber 16, the thin film 7 is not bent by liquid pressure in a first orifice 26 so that an orifice partition wall portion 29 is opposed to the thin film 7. The thin film 7 is bent by liquid pressure in the first orifice 26 so that an orifice groove 25 is opposed to the thin film. If either method is selected, the liquid-filled isolating device having a different property is obtained.
