PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional isolator employing a latching garnet that has lost the magnetizing function of the latching garnet resulting in losing the function of isolator due to a thermal process at assembling of a module or due to approach of a tool magnetized by certain causes to the isolator. SOLUTION: A first polarizer, the latching garnet and a second polarizer are mounted on a magnetic substrate whose Curie temperature is 300 deg.C or higher and the magnetic field of the magnetic substrate prevents magnetization of the latching garnet from being lost.
