PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reset the accumulated error of a wire delivery length S at a low cost in a wire delivery quantity computing device 15 for adding the wire delivery length S detected by a wire delivery length detecting means 16, to an initial wire delivery length S0 to compute an actual wire delivery length S+S0. SOLUTION: This wire deliver quantity computing device is composed of a reference wire delivery length storage means 23 storing a reference wire delivery length Sa in housing a hook 8 in the housed state, and a wire delivery length resetting means for rewriting the wire delivery length S detected by a wire delivery length detecting means 16, into the reference wire delivery length Sa stored in the reference wire delivery length storage means 23 at the operation stop of a hook housing operating means 11.
