PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing controlling unit, capable of displaying the progress state of despooling naturally in a form close to the reality even in the case of controlling despooling of the printing job so as to start without awaiting finish of spooling, a controlling method therefor, and a program. SOLUTION: Whether or not spooling is finished during despooling is judged. While spooling is not finished, the ratio of despooling and undespooling is displayed graphically according to the ratio of the number of despooled pages and a predetermined number of undespooled pages. After finish of spooling, the area representing the predetermined number of pages in the predetermined area is displayed as the area representing the remaining undespooled pages. |
