<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data medium with a scratch concealing layer incapable of visually recognizing the shadow of secret data even if intensive light is applied to the data medium from the back surface thereof, incapable of recognizing the secret data even during printing, unnecessary for applying a watermark preventing layer as is conventional and advantageous even from an aspect of production cost. SOLUTION: In the data medium 1 with the scratch concealing layer wherein secret data 12 and an easy release layer 14 are applied to a substrate 10 and a scratch concealing layer 20 for concealing the secret data 12 is applied to the substrate 10, the secret data 12 comprises a combination of a usual printing color ink layer 22 and the scratch concealing layer 20a pushed in the non-image line part 14b of the easy release layer.</p> |
