PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the recycling of a magnet catch which holds a door or the like with an attracting force of a magnet by removing it from the attaching portion without breaking it. SOLUTION: This magnet catch comprises two magnets 31 arranged separately to the upper and lower portions and yoke plates 32 attracted to the side surfaces, and a magnet unit 3 and a spring member 2 provided to a tool insertion passage 6 penetrated back and forth to the separated positions are housed in a box body 1. A linking portion 23 of the spring member 2 protruded from an opening 13 in the side plate 12 of the box body 1 is protruded from the opening 13 and linked to a hole edge.
