SOLUTION: In the hydrant 10 with the on-off valve 12 connected to a water source and conducting water supply and cutoff operation and a water outlet 11a communicating with the valve 12, the on-off valve 12 is opened and closed in response to the demand of the apparatus 16 using water, and the apparatus 16 is supplied with water from the water outlet 11a.</p> |
