The invention relates to an extractor hood chimney comprising at least two flue parts (11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17). The aim of said invention is to simplify the assembling of the chimney which is embodied in such way that it is provided with fixing devices (20) which are used for joining the flue parts (11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17), for fixing said fixing devices (20) to at least one flue part (11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17) and are provided with a receiving area (23) for receiving the section (113, 123, 172) of the other flue part (11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17). The fixing device produces a clamping force on the section (113, 123, 172) of the other flue element (11, 12, 14, 15, 17) which is inserted into the receiving area (23).
