PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor in leading waste oil in a 18-liter can into a drum to improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: The funnel mechanism 11 includes a base 16 mounted on a closure plate 13 of the drum 12, a square pyramidal funnel body 17 placed at one of ends of the base 16 and a holding member 18 placed at the other end of the base 16 for mounting and holding a 18-liter can 15. The base 16 has a support 22 standing which rotatably supports the 18-liter can 15 in the direction of a funnel body 17 via the holding member 18. A pop-up gauge 27 which can measure a quantity of a liquid in the drum 12 is inserted into and locked with an inlet pipe 26 at the lower end of the funnel body 17.
