PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the freedom degree of design of a zoom lens lens-barrel after realizing the detection of a lens position with high accuracy with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The variable power control of a zoom lens lens-barrel unit 12 is performed by forming first and second detecting parts 202b and 202c in a ring-shaped gear 202 for performing variable power control of a finder unit 15 in synchronization with a variable power operation of the zoom lens lens-barrel unit 12 and first detecting the first and second detecting parts 202b and 202c of the ring-shaped gear 202 with a photointerrupter.
