PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is excellent in transmittance of an OHP and by which a high-glossiness fixed image is obtained. SOLUTION: The toner has toner particles having at least binding resin, a colorant and wax, and an additive, and the maximum heat absorption peak exists in 55 to 80 deg.C in the DSC heat absorption curve of the wax, and the half width of the maximum heat absorption peak is 2 to 7 deg.C, and the binding resin component is principally composed of polyester resin. The dynamic elastic modulus (G'140 ) of the toner at temperature 140 deg.C is 5×10<2> to 1×10<5> dN/m<2> , and its ratio (G'140 /G'170 ) to the dynamic elastic modulus (G'170 ) thereof at temperature 170 deg.C is 0.05 to 50, and the THF insoluble matter A of the binding resin component obtained when eight hours elapses after starting extraction is 10 to 20 mass %, and the THF insoluble matter B of the binding resin component obtained when 24 hours elapses after starting the extraction is 1 to 10 mass %, and B/A is 0.1 to 0.8.
