PURPOSE: A green tire lower barcode attaching/recognizing apparatus is provided to attach a barcode to a bead unit of a green tire by direct touch. CONSTITUTION: An absorber rotating cylinder(6) rotates a label absorber(4) in a green tire direction according to a sensed state of a green tire(1). A green tire sensor rotating cylinder(7) rotates a green tire sensing unit in the green tire direction according to the sensed state. An adhesion up/down cylinder(8) ascends and descends a label absorbing unit.
