<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the operation of a storage chamber of pickled food capable of decreasing the temperature fluctuation of the storage chamber during the preservation operation. SOLUTION: The operation controlling method for a storage chamber of pickled food contains a step S10 of measuring the temperature T of the storage chamber during the storage operation, a step S40 of immediately energizing a compressor when the measured temperature of the storage chamber is within the operation temperature range of the compressor, a step S60 of delaying the operation of a heater 100 for a definite period when the measured temperature T of the storage chamber is within the operation temperature range of the heater 100, steps S100 and S40 of measuring the temperature T of the storage chamber again after the lapse of a definite delay time and clearing the operation delay time of the heater 100 and immediately start the compressor 10 when the newly measured temperature T of the storage chamber is within the operation temperature range of the compressor 10 and a step S90 of operating the heater 100 when the newly measured temperature T of the storage chamber is within the operation temperature range of the heater 100.</p> |
