PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the forming of a greening space for planting lawn or the like on a rooftop, a veranda or the like of a building by stationally linking a number of greening units. SOLUTION: A water holding material 8 is filled in water holding material- storing parts 7 of the lower parts of a space surrounded with the four peripheral walls 2 of a unit case 1 which has been molded into a box with a synthetic resin. At the same time, soil is filled on the water holding material-storing parts 7 via a water-permeable filter 13 in a soil filling part 14. On supporting legs 4 of the unit case 1, protrudings 17 and engaging dents 18 are formed alternately. Adjacent unit cases 1 are to be engaged and linked to each other with the protrudings 17 and the engaging dents 18. By stationally linking a number of thus formed greening units A on a rooftop or the like of a building, a greening space can be formed. |
